London-based event management company BFP is celebrating the official second place in the UK’s Best Workplaces™ 2025, Great Place toWork® for workplace cultural institutions around the world.
The prestigious recognition highlights the company’s commitment to fostering an excellent work environment for its employees.
The news was announced last week at the Best Workplace Awards Ceremony in London held by comedian Richard Ayoade.
Staff of BFP and its sister companies’ Business First Partnership (part of the Business First Collection) participated in an anonymous survey that retained the highest scores in each category. 100% of the teams at BFP’s events agreed that it was a great place to work, far exceeding the national average of 54%.
All companies that earn Work® Certification™ are eligible to include it in the UK’s Best Workplace™ rankings the following year. The final list is based on employee feedback and rigorous benchmarking.
