
EXPERIENCEit, the UK’s leading experiential events celebration, has announced speakers and global brand exhibitors for its 2025 event, which celebrates the growing desire for experiential, collaborative and immersive events.
Keynote speakers will share their game-changing insights into boosting creativity, leveraging sponsorships, and building meaningful audience connections.
- Lucy Ducker, Associate Creative Director, Seen Presentsand a trailblazer in technology, 2D and 3D design. Lucy’s extensive portfolio of event partnerships with global brands has left an indelible mark at iconic events such as Cannes Lions, CES and SXSW. Her sessions are sure to inspire new ideas and inspire innovation in event design.
- Matthew Leopold, marketing guru and European Sponsorship Association board member The essentials of sponsorship will be delved into, providing insights into choosing the right partner and how this key element drives event success.
- Catherine Warrilow, founder of The Plot and renowned brand strategists will share actionable insights on building authentic, meaningful audience relationships. Her talent for simplifying branding and weaving engaging narratives promises to leave attendees inspired and informed.

More than 45 exhibitors attended day two of the two-day event, including global brands Oracle Red Bull Racing, Silverstone and Eventene, as well as major UK brands such as The QHotels Collection, Virgin Hotels Showcase Cinemas, LNER and Avanti West Coast and Scotland’s independent suppliers showcase the best in venues, catering, technology, sport and entertainment, taking an interactive approach.

Sarah Hunter will lead the health session on day two of the conference. Sarah has 15 years’ experience in corporate health and wellness and now focuses on designing wellness programs for large events and conferences.
Sarah will help attendees understand how to improve wellness facilities for their events and their teams.
EXPERIENCEit will replace the EVENTIT annual showcase in 2024 and is now in its second year.
