Hamilton has experience of major career moves, such as moving from McLaren to Mercedes in 2013, which has proven successful. Ferrari, meanwhile, is ready to challenge the leaders and is just 13 points behind McLaren in the 2024 Constructors’ Championship. Despite two wins, 2024 was Hamilton’s least competitive season, with qualifying performance a clear weakness. Improving lap speed will be crucial to Hamilton’s fight for the lead in 2025.
