Formula 1 will head to Austin, Texas this weekend for the United States Grand Prix at Circuit of the Americas. Although there are still two U.S. races left, Austin remains the fan favorite. It has exciting, unpredictable action. The 2024 race will include a sprint race. This could impact the championship standings as the season draws to a close. McLaren’s Lando Norris put in a strong performance after winning in Singapore. He reduced Max Verstappen’s lead to 52 points with six races and three sprints to go. F1 United States Grand Prix 2024: About Circuit of the Americas

Austin’s Circuit of the Americas will host the 2023 United States Grand Prix, with the race taking place on a 5.513-kilometer track with a total of 56 laps. Formula 1 returns to the circuit in 2012, following the last United States Grand Prix in 2007 at Indianapolis. Remarkably, it was here that Lewis Hamilton scored McLaren’s last win before moving to Mercedes in 2013.

Turns 3 to 6 resemble the high-speed sections of Silverstone and Suzuka, while turns 12 to 15 mimic the stadium section of Hockenheim. It is one of the few circuits that can host both F1 and MotoGP without any major changes.
