Four newly appointed women in Fairmont Chicago in leadership positions include:
- Nicole Thomure serves as Operations Director and will use her extensive experience in food and combustion operations to enhance the guest experience. Under her leadership, Fairmont Chicago is enhancing service standards and refining catering products to provide excellent and memorable accommodation for all guests.
- Chloé Gray-Le COZ brings a strong brand strategy and marketing background to her new role as Director of Sales and Marketing. She will focus on enhancing the hotel’s presence in the market, fostering meaningful partnerships, and building relationships within the Chicago community to drive business growth.
- Danielle La Pointe serves as Director of Talent and Culture and will focus on cultivating a vibrant and inclusive workplace environment.
- Sandy HSU will drive financial strategy and optimize revenue growth as Director of Revenue Management.
