Dallas, Texas – Freeman, the global leader in the event, announced today the appointment of Sanjay Shringarpure as Chief Information Officer (CIO). Sanjay will lead Freeman’s global IT operations in its new position and drives strategic digital transformation initiatives, reporting directly to Freeman CEO Janet Dell.

Sanjay brings more than 20 years of technical leadership experience to Freeman. Most recently, he worked as CIO and EVP at the Republic National Distribution Company, where he led important digital transformation programs, implemented automation and AI solutions, while managing a global team of technical professionals. Prior to this, he held a CIO position at E&J Gallo Winery, where he successfully led major enterprise resource planning modernization efforts and digital transformation projects.
