brussels – AIPC has announced the 14 successful applicants for the 2025 AIPC Future Shapers Programme, which starts next month.
AIPC Future Shapers is a seven-month accelerated leadership course designed to advance emerging leaders in the industry through a series of masterclasses, ideation and business case development skills, and opportunities to pitch their solutions to current challenges Moving to the next level in your career Issues facing conference center managers.
AIPC Chairman Greg O’Dell said this year’s participants will take part in another blockbuster program that will grow the industry and its members.
“AIPC’s Future Shapers program, now in its fourth year, offers a recipe for success that helps high achievers build skills, build resilience and help shape the future of our industry.
“I know this year’s students will once again embrace the program and impress global venue management leaders, and I can’t wait to see them on stage during the 2025 AIPC Conference at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center next June. Performance,” O’Dell said.
AIPC CEO Sven Bossu said he was looking forward to supporting the next generation of CEOs to think and act like leaders during the seven-month course.
“AIPC Future Shapers is an interactive roadmap to excellence in conference center management that requires strong commitment and engagement from participants, in return for which candidates not only enhance their leadership skills but also build a new global network of peers, At the same time, there is an opportunity to help them shape the future of the AIPC community.
“Each year we see a variety of benefits continue to evolve into legacy solutions. Projects to improve customer communications, streamline venue operations, and enhance industry knowledge sharing and education are all in various stages of implementation, and we look forward to working with this year’s diverse and experienced team Let’s create new results together,” Mr Bossu said.
The fourteen candidates, their locations and roles are:
Phase 1 – Masterclasses: Five expert-led educational and collaborative masterclasses.
Phase 2 – Industry Challenges: The group will work together to identify industry challenges, create proposed solutions, and develop a business case for investment, which will be detailed in a white paper and released to the AIPC community.
Phase 3 – Challenge Presentation: After introducing the projects and their pitches in a two-day live masterclass, teams will present their ideas to an audience of global leaders at the AIPC Annual Conference in Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center in 2025 June 22-25.
