- The Venom 800 is designed for those enthusiasts who missed out on buying a Ford F-150 Raptor R .
- The truck can accelerate to 60 mph in just 3.4 seconds, easily outpacing its competitors.
- Only 250 units of the Venom 800 will be produced, so it is an exclusive option.
Last year, Hennessey unveiled the powerful Venom 775 edition of the F-150, designed to rival the Ram 1500 TRX and Ford’s own F-150 Raptor R. Twelve months later, an even more powerful version of the truck arrived, aptly called the Venom 800.
The tuner says they’ve been getting a ton of requests from power-hungry pickup buyers who haven’t been able to buy a Raptor R, so they built the Venom 800 to give them an aftermarket alternative. As you might guess from the name, this truck puts out a whopping 800 horsepower.

To achieve that number, and 757 lb-ft (1,026 Nm) of torque at 4,100 rpm, Hennessey added a 3.0-liter supercharger to the F-150’s standard 5.0-liter V8. It also upgraded the air-to-water intercooler, added high-performance fuel injection, and installed a new high-flow air induction system.
Other improvements include a cat-back exhaust and a proprietary engine management system. Ultimately, the truck actually has more power than the Ram 1500 TRX and F-150 Raptor R, hitting 60 mph (96 km/h) in just 3.4 seconds while punching through the quarter mile in 11.7 seconds.
Like its two OEM competitors, the Hennessey Venom 800 has more than just massive horsepower and torque. Hennessey installed new six-piston Brembo brakes and a BDX suspension with a Fox coilover kit that raises the ride height by six inches. The rear shocks were also upgraded, and the 20-inch wheels are shod with 35-inch off-road tires, and new steel bumpers are installed front and rear.
Pickup buyers love accessories, and there are plenty of them. LED off-road lights have been added to the front bumper, along with a carbon fiber Hennessey grille, electronically folding running boards, and illuminated front fender badges.
The F-150’s cabin has undergone some minor changes. These include embroidered headrests, all-weather floor mats, an American flag trim, and a serial number plaque.
Only 250 units of the Venom 800 will be produced. Pricing has not yet been announced.
