Hero MotoCorp launched the Karizma XMR 250 at the EICMA 2024 auto show in Milan, Italy. The much-anticipated motorcycle is designed to meet the growing demand among Indian buyers for performance-oriented mid-size bikes. Hero Karizma XMR 250 has a powerful 250cc engine coupled with a bold aerodynamic design. The bike’s stylish fairing, integrated winglets and aggressive styling elements enhance its sporty and dynamic appeal. Apart from the Karizma XMR 250, Hero MotoCorp also showcased the Xtreme 250 R and the new Xpulse 210 at the event. While official launch dates and pricing details for these new models have yet to be announced, they are expected to be available soon. Once launched, the Karizma XMR 250 is likely to compete with the likes of Suzuki Gixxer 250 and Husqvarna Vitpilen 250.

Hero Karizma XMR 250: Design
The new Karizma 250 has a sporty and aggressive design characterized by sharp body panels and unique split LED headlights. This headlight design is inspired by the Hero Xoom and is further enhanced with additional details to give the motorcycle a more dynamic and aggressive look.
To ensure optimal performance and durability, the Karizma 250 features side vents that improve airflow and aid in heat dissipation. These design elements not only enhance the bike’s aesthetics, but also its overall performance and riding experience.

Hero Karizma XMR 250: Features
The new Karizma 250 features switchable ABS mode, height-adjustable clamps and a sturdy lattice frame. It features a USD front fork and a six-level adjustable rear monoshock for precise handling. Performance tracking includes lap and drag timers, while auto-illuminating LED headlights and DRLs enhance visibility and style.
Hero Karizma XMR 250: Engine
The new Hero Karizma XMR 250 is powered by a 250cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, DOHC engine. The new engine, shared with the Xtreme 250 R, delivers a peak power output of 30bhp and a maximum torque of 25Nm. The new engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox. The bike is equipped with 17-inch alloy wheels at both ends.
