Honda provides a 7-year unlimited kilometer extended warranty within 2 years of car purchase

Honda Cars India has launched a first-of-its-kind extended warranty plan offering unlimited kilometers coverage for up to 7 years on several of its popular petrol models. The new warranty is applicable to the petrol models of Honda Elevate, City, Amaze and City Hybrid. This marks an industry-first initiative to provide customers with peace of mind through extended warranty periods.

Extended warranty coverage details

The extended warranty is available for new purchases as well as existing customers. Honda’s latest scheme allows customers to opt for a “7-year unlimited kilometer extended warranty” within two years of purchasing the vehicle. Those who are already on an extended warranty plan up to the 4th or 5th year can also upgrade to a 7-year plan. However, in this case, the coverage will be limited to 1,50,000 km (whichever comes first).

While this new warranty is available for Honda Elevate, City, Amaze and City Hybrid, owners of previous models like Civic, Jazz and WR-V can also benefit from the extended warranty plan if they are already enrolled in it.
