Honda Cars India Limited (HCIL) has announced the launch of an extended warranty plan offering unlimited kilometers of coverage up to 7 years, marking a major development in customer service in the automotive industry. The initiative is designed to give car owners greater peace of mind, no matter how much time they drive.

The extended warranty is available on petrol variants of Honda’s current models, including Elevate, City, City e:HEV and Amaze. Additionally, the petrol versions of other models like Civic, Jazz and WR-V will also be eligible if customers sign up for the extended warranty plan earlier. The program underscores Honda’s commitment to enhancing the ownership experience by ensuring complete protection of the vehicle.

Customers can opt for a seven-year unlimited kilometer extended warranty within two years of purchase, along with other options that remain available until the standard warranty ends. Existing customers with extended warranty to year 4 or 5 can also extend the warranty to 7 years or 150,000 km, whichever comes first. It’s worth noting that extended warranties are transferable and may increase in value during vehicle resale.
