Buy now or wait for an update to the XL750 TransAlp?
Considering that the engine will be the same as earlier, the overall ride experience of the updated model won’t change dramatically. The Honda XL750 TransAlp is equipped with a 755cc, liquid-cooled inline two-cylinder engine that produces 91.7 hp and 75 nm of torque. It is paired with a 6-speed transmission and has a slipper clutch. While the electric transfer will be the same, the newer models benefit from the updated suspension setup.
The compression and rebound of the first 43mm week fork will become softer. It will ensure enhanced bulge absorption, thus ensuring a smoother ride. By contrast, the rear single-trail suspension will be more secure for enhanced control and handling. This will be especially important when traveling with pillows or luggage at the back. The updated XL750 TransAlp will travel the same suspension at the front and 190mm rear.

Other changes to the new Honda XL750 TransAlp include a redesigned LED projector headlight, a revised windshield and new color options. Device list upgrades include a new 5-inch color TFT screen with Bluetooth connectivity and Honda RoadSync. SwitchGear will also be updated. Rider assistive tools such as traction control and sport mode, standard, rain and gravel will be the same as the current model. Customizable user mode will also be continued.
