The southern United States bears the brunt of tmajor hurricane States such as Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and Georgia have all experienced widespread damage over the past two weeks. Federal disaster response teams, including military and government agencies Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)local volunteers and first responders were on hand to assist.
