Husqvarna Vitpilen 801 Aero concept unveiled in custom style

Husqvarna has unveiled a concept version of its Vitpilen 801 naked bike, which features weight savings through carbon fiber parts and custom parts focused on aerodynamics and performance. The bike is likely to retain the KTM 790’s 799cc parallel-twin engine that delivers 104bhp and 88Nm, with performance expected to match the standard Vitpilen model. Designed for riders who prioritize functionality and innovation, the Vitpilen 801 concept underscores Husqvarna’s commitment to high-performance naked bikes with advanced engineering.

Husqvarna Vitpilen 801 Aero Concept: Details

This street bike has been upgraded for increased speed, power and functionality. Stock parts, including wheels and paint schemes, were replaced with custom components. Carbon fiber elements reduce curb weight, and a new exhaust system enhances performance.

The custom complete system replaces the original exhaust pipes with white painted headers that differ from the standard model. This setup is designed to increase top-end horsepower while tuning low-end torque. These ducts terminate in an under-seat silencer integrated into the center of the rear hood, replacing the taillight cluster.

The braking system includes Brembo GP4 units for enhanced performance. The rear brake uses a disc commonly found in racing cars to reduce drag.

Husqvarna expects to launch a production version of the bike in 2025.
