Hyatt and Tambourine Elevator Planning

The activity experience guide is Hyatt joins handsHyatt’s event concept is designed to ensure that guests feel more cared for, more efficient, more impactful and more purposeful. With “Together by Hyatt”, Hyatt hotels will put the guest at the center, help create seamless experiences, and host more connected meetings and events.

Launching in April 2023, the Event Experience Guide is guided by Hyatt’s purpose of caring and is designed to streamline communications between hotel sales and event teams and meeting planners. The Event Experience Guide offers customized planning resources for specific properties, including curated food and beverage menus unique to each location, curated “Sustainability Fact Sheets,” time-saving guides to event success, and more.

Following a phased pilot in various regions around the world, Hyatt expects that all Hyatt properties with mid- to large-sized meeting and event spaces will adopt the Event Experience Guide by the end of 2026. “Our Event Experience Guide is designed to simplify event planning and execution by providing information in one convenient location,” said Steve Enselein, senior vice president of events at Hyatt, in a media announcement. “This global rollout demonstrates our commitment to enhancing the event planning process at our properties around the world.”

“The collaborative atmosphere between Hyatt’s corporate events team and Tambourine’s global hotel division has been instrumental in bringing our event planning process to life, from conception to product development to launch,” said Jeff Spaccio, executive vice president of Tambourine’s global hotel brands. “We are excited to continue working with Hyatt to enhance the event planning process.”

Hyatt first partnered with Tambourine in 2022 to provide hotel-level digital marketing services in the U.S. and Latin America, including paid media, SEO and social media. Building on this, Hyatt partnered with Tambourine’s Global Hotel Brands division in 2023 to launch the Event Experience Guides program. This division manages software worldwide and develops custom solutions for brands like Hyatt.

The Event Experience Guide is the first in a series of projects expected to be developed between Hyatt and Tambourine to improve both internal and external event planning and communication processes.
