You might have seen several modified Hyundai Creta SUVs, each with its own unique style. Today, we are going to feature a Creta painted in a very special color. The car is showcased in a YouTube video uploaded by Autorounders.
The video starts with a project introduction. The host mentions that this is the first 2023 Creta project they have taken over. He further adds that this can also be converted into a 2024 facelift, but all the parts will have to be purchased from the company, which means a higher cost. Moreover, he mentions that for this car, the customer did not want a facelift.
Now, let’s talk about the changes that will be coming to this SUV. As mentioned earlier, the paint job will be the most unique and noticeable improvement on the Creta. Apart from this, the interior will get a black and tan theme and alloy wheels will be added. Also, all damaged parts will be replaced or repaired.
The car is in very good condition and the only reason for trading it in is that the owner got tired of the color. Plus, he wanted something unique and fresh.
Talking about the paint color, the host mentioned that the shade chosen for this Creta is the one launched by the 2024 Mercedes-Benz G-Wagen. The name of this shade is not mentioned in the video. He further added that the paint material used in all their workshops is imported from Germany.
The entire customization process is on display inside the car, which is carefully disassembled. The painting process is done in a spray booth to ensure the best results. Overall, we can say that the work they have done is commendable.
Talking about the interiors, he said that the material used in the cabin of this Creta is not available in the market. The finish is very close to the original Nappa leather, but it is faux leather. Some previews of the final car are shown in the video and the paint colours look really great.
Now, let’s talk about the final product. The entire car, including the black body cladding, has been painted in Olive Green. Also, all the chrome parts have been stripped of their chrome and replaced with a gloss black that complements the paint colour. The ORVMs have also been changed to gloss black. The 17-inch bronze alloy wheels are a distinct feature that contrasts with the overall look.
The main color in the cabin is tan, which is used on the door pads, seat covers and dashboard. The lower dashboard, steering wheel, center console and upper dashboard panel are all black. The owner added that the composite leather seat covers were made by them themselves. In addition, some carbon fiber elements were installed. The headliner was also changed from beige to black to add a sporty touch.
