The Hyundai Venue subcompact SUV range has been introduced with a new E+ variant priced at Rs 8.23 lakh. The new model is positioned above the entry-level E variant and is priced around Rs 29,000 more. The E+ variant comes with a powered sunroof, along with features like a digital instrument panel, two-stage reclining feature for the rear seats, 60:40 split rear seats, adjustable front and rear headrests, day and night adjustable IRVM, six airbags, three-point seatbelts for all passengers, hill start assist control and electronic stability control.
Standard features on the Venue include front power windows, manual air conditioning, manual day and night IRVM, tilt-adjustable steering, central locking, Isofix seats, dual airbags and ABS with EBD. Similar to the base E trim, the new Hyundai Venue E+ variant comes with a 1.2L naturally aspirated petrol engine that produces 83bhp. It is mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox.
Hyundai Motor India is preparing Venue Update In 2025, the new generation Grand i10 Nios hatchback will be launched by the end of 2027. Hyundai will use its new manufacturing plant in Talegaon to produce the all-new Venue. According to reports, the new model of this subcompact SUV will go into production in October 2025. Codenamed QU2i, the 2025 Hyundai Venue is expected to feature major design changes and feature upgrades. It is likely to continue to use the existing platform while retaining the same powertrains.
Currently, the Venue is available with three engine options: 83bhp 1.2L petrol, 120bhp 1.0L turbo petrol and 100bhp 1.5L diesel. Transmission options include 5-speed manual (1.2L NA petrol only), 6-speed manual (diesel only), iMT (turbo petrol only) and 7-speed DCT automatic (turbo petrol only). The top-end variant of this subcompact SUV offers three driving modes (Eco, Normal and Sport) which can be accessed via a rotary dial on the centre console.
