Maruti Jimny 5 is specially manufactured in India
Suzuki Jimny 3 has always been a global best -selling book, and the 5 -door version seems to follow the same path. This is especially true in the Japanese market. In the Japanese market, the response is overwhelming. 5 Gamini also exported to other destinations, such as Latin America, South Africa, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
Guini nominated in 3.5 years waiting time, and the booking stopped
In Japan, Jimny sold 5 doors in the name of Jimny. In just a few days, the booking has reached about 50,000. Although this may not be a record number, limited supply has led to a long time waiting time. Jimny Nomade is only produced in the Gurugram factory of Maruti’s. At present, the production distribution of the Japanese market is limited to 1,200 units per month. Assuming it remains unchanged, the waiting period for Kimni in Japan is about 41 months or 3.5 years.
Due to the long waiting time, Suzuki temporarily stopped Jimny Nomade’s booking. There is no information about when re -opening up. However, Suzuki guarantees customers that the latest information about booking will be provided if necessary. Due to the large demand for Jimny Nomade, Suzuki also canceled SUV’s promotional activities in Japan.
May increase yield to meet the increased demand for Gimni. Mahindra has done similar things, successfully reduced the waiting time of SUV by increasing production. Jimny’s competitors, Thar Roxx, received a higher reservation of 176,000 units in just one hour. Last October, Roxx’s waiting period reached 18 months in a specific location.
Guini nominated delivery timetable
In Japan, Jimny’s nomination delivery plan is planned to start on April 3. It was reported earlier that the first batch of goods nominated by Gimni had been sent from India to Japan. These units may have been provided in Nishimo Merchants in Japan. The price of 5 -speed manual variants starts at 2,651,000 yen (14.88 million rupees). The price of the 4AT version is 2,750,000 yen, which is equal to 1.543 million rupees.
Although the Jimny 5 has achieved great success in Japan, it cannot bring ideal results in India. Jimny 5 is currently one of the lowest sales of MARUTI cars, contributing less than 1 % to the overall sales. After Jimny’s record booking in Japan, can India’s emotions change after booking in Japan? It is difficult to say, because consumers’ preferences support more strong SUVs, such as Thar Roxx.
However, from a business perspective, Jimny 5 Jimny seems to be in a favorable position and enters the global market. Maruti Suzuki has strengthened its attention, and it is encouraged. Maruti Fronx is currently the most car from India, followed by Jimny. Other cars exported by Maruti include Dzire, Baleno, Swift, Eriga, Celerio and EECO.
