Kia Syros will be the next subcompact SUV to be launched by the Korean carmaker and will make its global debut in India on December 19, 2024. To get buyers excited, the automaker has released multiple teasers and sketches that give a reasonable idea of its design and key features. The new Kia compact SUV is likely to be launched at the Bharat Mobile Expo in January 2025 and the official price will be announced. The Syros will be under 4 meters in length, similar to the Sonet, but will offer a roomier cabin and additional features. Additionally, its design language will be different from that of its younger sibling.
While its official details will be revealed next week, a new media report suggests that the Kia Syros will be focused on delivering a “better rear-seat experience.” This compact SUV will feature properly reclining rear seats to provide passengers with more comfort and space. Additionally, the Kia Syros will be the first vehicle in the segment to offer ADAS (advanced driver assistance systems) and a panoramic sunroof. It may also come with front parking sensors and a 360-degree camera.
The latest teaser shows that the new Kia compact SUV will feature a black dashboard with a glowing line on the dashboard. At its core will be a floating touchscreen infotainment system with support for wireless Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, navigation and connected car technology. Expected features include power and ventilated front seats, leatherette upholstery, hill hold assist, a fully digital instrument cluster, rear disc brakes, tire pressure monitoring system, parking sensors and more.
