Lamborghini and Mercedes McBach both listed plans to expand their presence in the Indian market to further boost sales. Lamborghini is planning to open its fourth showroom in India. Mercedes-Maybach also tried to position the country as the top 5 markets in sales.

In 2024, the German company sold 500 super luxury cars, accounting for about 145% of the growth. Despite these broad plans, India’s luxury cars still account for only 1% of the country’s 4 million auto market each year. In this market, Lamborghini and Mercedes-Mebach models include a smaller niche.
