List of the best airports in North America released – Missouri

JD Power recently released the 2024 North American Airport Satisfaction Study, which measures overall passenger satisfaction at large, large and mid-sized airports in North America. The study, conducted between August 2023 and July 2024, was based on 26,290 surveys of U.S. or Canadian residents who passed through at least one U.S. or Canadian airport. The survey asked travelers to examine their experience across seven core dimensions: ease of airport travel, level of trust in the airport, terminal facilities, airport staff, experience departing/traveling to the airport, food, drink and retail, and arriving/departing the airport experience.

According to JD Power, very large airports are defined as carrying 33 million or more passengers per year, large airports carry 10 to 32.9 million passengers per year, and medium airports carry 4.5 to 9.9 million passengers per year. The scoring system is based on 1,000 points.
