Lotus is preparing for the launch of the 2026 Eletre and Emeya this summer, and the company has announced some welcome changes. While the updates aren’t too dramatic, they better convey power and equipment.
As part of the change, there are new “600” and “900” nicknames. The former has a dual-sport all-wheel drive system of 603 hp (450 kW / 612 PS), while the latter has 905 hp (675 kW / 918 PS).

This is not the only revision, as Lotus has established six “well-defined decorative levels” called the 600, 600 GT, 600 GT SE, 600 Sport SE, 900 Sport and 900 Sport Carbon. Although the availability of these decorations varies from market to market, they help build hierarchies.
The entry-level Eletre 600 comes with LED lighting, 20-inch wheels and active air suspension. They added a 29-inch overhead display, a 15-speaker audio system and a four-zone climate control system. Customers will also find Jasper interiors with lotus performance fabric seats.
The 600 GT adds larger 22-inch wheels, six-piston brake calipers, highway assist and parking kit. The 600 GT SE has an electrochromic glass roof, illuminated side curtains, adjustable ambient lighting, and an upgraded 23-speaker audio system. The 600 Sport SE takes things in a more dynamic direction thanks to a handling package, an active rear spoiler, soft proximity doors, and upgraded front seats with ventilation and massage.
The Eletre 900 Sport is essentially a high-performance and attenuation version of the SPORT SE, while the 900 Sport Carbon adds internal and external carbon fiber trim, composite cover, soft rubber doors, and the aforementioned front seats.
The Emeya trim is largely the same, but the model has a larger 51-inch head display along with different wheels that seem to maximize at 21-inches.

In addition to the new name and decoration, Eletre also has a revised palette. Now, it includes Akoya White and Zenith White.
In terms of performance, the EMEYA 600 accelerates from 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) in 4.15 seconds, then reaches a top speed of 155 mph (250 km/h). Similarly, the Eletre 600 hit 62 mph (100 km/h) in 4.5 seconds and can eventually rise at 159 mph (256 km/h).
The 900 variants have the same top speed, but the Emeya 900 hits 62 mph (100 km/h) for just 2.78 seconds. The Eletre 900 completed the mission in 2.95 seconds shortly thereafter.

The Emeya has a 102 kWh battery pack that allows WLTP range up to 379 miles (610 km). The Eletre’s 112 kWh unit allows for an impressive range of 373 miles (600 km).
Currently, both models are available for ordering, with pricing starting at £84,990 in the UK.
