Benefits of India-EU Free Trade Agreement
Maserati will benefit from India’s new free trade agreement with the European Union. India and the European Union recently held the eighth round of negotiations on the much-anticipated India-EU Free Trade Agreement (FTA). The negotiations are expected to have a significant impact on the Indian luxury car market. The tax on imported cars will be reduced from 60% to 30% compared to the current plan. It has also been suggested that cars with engine displacement greater than 1500cc should have their own restrictions.
