The Car Wash is committed to ensuring that all members are charged correctly for services provided. Refunds for Unlimited Membership top-ups must meet one of the following conditions:

  • Customers complete online cancellation prior to the recharge date and receive proof via transaction confirmation email.
  • The customer completes the cancellation by phone prior to the recharge date and is provided proof via a confirmation number provided by the agent.
  • The customer completes the cancellation at the location before the recharge date and is provided with proof via the transaction receipt.
  • If a member has used their unlimited membership in one billing cycle, they are not eligible for a refund.
  • For any unlimited membership, at the point of sale, any new customer must agree to the Terms of Service before their account can be activated.
  • Unused Unlimited Memberships have two (2) months (60 days) from the date of the transaction to be reported to Customer Service. Any transactions outside of this time period will not be reviewed for a refund unless reviewed at the main Customer Service office’s discretion. The maximum refund period allowed for unused Unlimited Memberships is six (6) months (180 days), however any refunds beyond two (2) months must be reviewed by the main Customer Service office.

Wash separately

Car washes will not reimburse for personal car wash services unless the service has not been provided. If you are not satisfied with the wash, you can request a rewash before leaving the premises.
