Mercedes-Benz will showcase a range of products at the upcoming Bharat Mobility Expo. However, the three key models expected to attract widespread attention are the Concept CLA, G 580 and EQS Maybach 680 Night Series. The Concept CLA previews the brand’s future electric sedan, with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability. The G 580 blends off-road capability with luxury, appealing to adventure-minded buyers. The EQS Maybach 680 Night series offers top-of-the-line electric luxury vehicles with advanced features and unique styling. These models demonstrate Mercedes-Benz’s commitment to blending technology, performance and premium design, making them the highlight of this major automotive event.
Mercedes-Benz CLA concept car
The Concept CLA is built on the brand’s Modular Architecture (MMA) platform. The EV version is expected to feature a battery pack configuration of up to 85kWh, with the main electric motor on the rear axle providing an impressive range of more than 750 kilometers per charge. The internal combustion CLA, on the other hand, will feature a new generation 1.5-litre four-cylinder petrol engine, available in three output levels: 134bhp, 161bhp and 188bhp.
Mercedes-Benz G 580 electric
The electric Mercedes-Benz G 580 was unveiled in the country this year and will go on sale next year. While it retains the G-Class’ classic boxy design and familiar styling, the internal combustion engine has been replaced by an electric powertrain powered by a 116kWh battery.
The luxury carmaker claims that the electric G-Wagon has a range of up to 473 kilometers on a single charge.
Mercedes EQS Maybach 680 Night Series
One of the main highlights is the limited edition EQS Maybach model called EQS Maybach 680 “Night Series”. It will feature stylish black styling both inside and out.

In addition, the pavilion will showcase other exciting models, including the LWB E-Class 450 4MATIC, AMG SL 55 4MATIC+ and AMG S 63 E Performance. The legendary SL 55 4MATIC+ roadster is powered by a 4.0-liter V8 engine that produces 469 hp and 700 Nm of torque, enabling it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.8 seconds. It comes with 4MATIC all-wheel drive system for optimal road holding and is priced at Rs 115 crore ex-showroom.
The new E-Class LWB has made its India debut with prices starting from Rs 78.50 lakh ex-showroom and going up to Rs 92.50 lakh. The luxury sedan offers a host of amenities, including a panoramic sunroof, wireless charging pads for front and rear passengers, and an advanced three-screen configuration. The Mercedes model is available in two variants: the petrol-powered E 200 and the diesel-powered E 220d. The E 200 is powered by a 1,999cc four-cylinder turbocharged M254 petrol engine that delivers 201 hp and 320 Nm of torque. The E 220d, on the other hand, is powered by a 1,950cc four-cylinder OM654M turbodiesel engine that produces 194bhp and 440Nm of torque. Both models feature a 48V mild-hybrid system with an integrated starter-generator that delivers an additional 23bhp and 205Nm for up to 30 seconds. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a nine-speed automatic transmission.

Finally, we will have the S 63 E Performance on display in the exhibition hall. The model is equipped with a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine and a plug-in hybrid system that delivers an impressive 791 horsepower and 1,430 Nm of torque. Priced at Rs 3.3 crore (ex-showroom), the car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.3 seconds and has a top speed limited to 250 km/h.
