MG dealers in India are offering hefty discounts on every model in the range, including the Gloster, Hector, Astor, ZS EV and Comet EV. The Gloster is getting the highest discount of Rs 6 lakh, while the Hector and Astor are getting discounts of up to Rs 3 lakh and Rs 2 lakh, respectively. On the other hand, the electric cars, the ZS EV and Comet EV, are getting discounts of Rs 2.2 lakh and Rs 9 lakh, respectively. If you are planning to take advantage of the offers on these MG vehicles this month, here are some key specs to consider.

Gloucester
The Gloster SUV is currently priced between Rs 38.80 lakh and Rs 43.87 lakh (ex-showroom across India). It is offered with a choice of 2.0-litre diesel and bi-turbo diesel engines producing 161 hp/373 Nm and 215 hp/480 Nm of torque respectively. Both engines are mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. The MG flagship SUV boasts a host of features such as a 12.3-inch infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, an 8-inch fully digital driver’s display, wireless phone charging, ventilated front seats and a panoramic sunroof.
Hector
The ex-showroom price of the MG Hector ranges between Rs 13.99 lakh and Rs 22.24 lakh. The SUV is offered with two engine options: a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol and a 2.0-litre diesel. The former produces 141 hp and 250 Nm of torque, while the latter produces 168 hp and 350 Nm of torque. While a CVT is only available with the turbo-petrol engine, a six-speed manual gearbox is standard. In terms of features, the SUV gets a 14-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 7-inch fully digital driver’s display, automatic climate control, a panoramic sunroof, and ventilated front seats.
MG Astor
The MG Astor is priced between Rs 9.98 lakh and Rs 1.79 lakh (ex-showroom in India). It is available with two engine options: 108 hp, 1.5-litre naturally aspirated (NA) and 138 hp, 1.3-litre turbocharged petrol. Transmission options include five-speed manual, CVT and six-speed torque converter. Features of the Astor include a 6-way electrically adjustable driver’s seat, a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, ventilated front seats, a wireless phone charger and a 7-inch digital driver’s display.
MG ZS electric car
The ZS EV starts at Rs 18.98 lakh and goes up to Rs 25.44 lakh (ex-showroom in India). The electric SUV is equipped with a 50.3kWh lithium-ion battery and an electric motor with 174bhp and 280Nm of torque. The claimed range is 461 km. MG has equipped the ZS EV with several features including a 7-inch digital driver display, a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a panoramic sunroof and a 6-way powered driver’s seat.

MG Comet Electric Vehicle
The compact MG EV is priced between Rs 6.99 lakh and Rs 9.53 lakh (ex-showroom). It comes with a rear-axle mounted electric motor (41 hp/110 Nm) and a 17.3 kWh battery pack for a range of 230 km (ARAI certified). The electric hatchback comes with features like a 12-volt charging socket, keyless entry system and dual front airbags.
