
MG opens reservations for network EV convertibles and M9 electric MPVs
MG Motor has officially opened its pre-order bookings for its upcoming electric vehicles in India – the Sporty Cyberter EV and the spacious M9 electric MPV. Both models were shown at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo earlier this year and marks the brand’s continued push for premium electric mobility in the country.
MG Networker EV
MG Network Machines are two-seat electric convertibles for performance enthusiasts and design-oriented buyers that will be retailed only through MG’s premium selection dealers. Customers can book vehicles with Rs. of the token number. 51,000/ – .
The network machine is equipped with a 77 kWh battery pack, with a claimed range of up to 580 km (CLTC cycle). Powering the vehicle is a dual-oil cooling motor, one on each shaft, producing a combined output of 503 bhp and 725 nm of torque. MG claims an acceleration of 0-100 km/hr of only 3.2 seconds.
Mechanically, it has a double wishbone front suspension and a five-link independent rear setup that emphasizes stability and mobility treatments. The folding soft-top roof adds the appeal of its convertible roadster.
MG M9 electric MPV
In addition to networking machines, MG has also begun accepting pre-orders for the M9 electric MPV, a re-version of the MG MIFA 9 for international sales. The current reservation amount is MG dealership, open in Rs. 50,000/ – .
The M9 features square-shaped side doors and offers three rows of seating for up to seven occupants. The MPV is designed to redefine luxury travel, with features such as reclining with massage, ventilated Ottoman seats, three-zone automatic climate control, double sunroof and rear seat entertainment display.
It is powered by a 90 kWh battery paired with a full charge of 430 km.
