Minneapolis-St. St. Paul International Airport (MSP) ranked first among large airports in JD Power’s “2024 North American Airport Satisfaction Survey” released in mid-September. The large airport category refers to airports that serve 33 million or more passengers per year. The airport also received the highest customer satisfaction rating based on each of the seven criteria that formed the basis of the overall award, including ease of airport travel; trust in the airport; terminal facilities; airport staff; departure/ The arrival experience at the airport; food, beverage and retail; and the arrival/departure experience from the airport. MSP has ranked No. 1 in both surveys over the past three years. “Our goal is to provide exceptional experiences that allow Minnesota to thrive, and this prestigious recognition shows we are delivering for travelers,” said Brian Ryks, CEO and executive director of the Metropolitan Airports Council, which owns and operates MSP.
