Drury Hotels Company opens first hotel in Chattanooga and fifth in Tennessee Drury Plaza Hotel Chattanooga Hamilton Place. This is Drury’s third hotel opening in 2024. It’s conveniently located just 4 miles from the Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport, providing easy access to major attractions such as the Tennessee Aquarium and Ruby Falls.
Guests can easily take advantage of Drury’s signature features such as free hot breakfast, evening snacks and beverages, as well as Drury’s signature 5:30 Kickback®, Wi-Fi and parking. The hotel’s signature restaurant, The Kitchen + Bar, is located in the lobby and is open until late every night, making it easy for you to cope with busy meeting schedules. Additionally, a 24-hour fitness center and business center add to your convenience.
The hotel will also participate in Drury Hotels’ new Meetings with More program, which provides all attendees with free Wi-Fi in meeting rooms and no minimum food and beverage requirements. The Drury Plaza Hotel Chattanooga Hamilton Place features 210 guest rooms and suites and a variety of meeting and event spaces totaling more than 2,500 square feet, offering customizable setting options as well as dining and audio-visual options.

Board meeting by the sea
Hilton Garden Inn Dana Point – Dorney Beach Complete renovation and rebranding. The redesign of the former DoubleTree Suites includes new guest rooms and bathrooms, redesigned public spaces and upgraded dining spaces.
The design makes luxury feel more accessible than ever, with a soothing color palette reminiscent of the surrounding coastal vibe. All 198 rooms now feature new furniture, carpeting, upgraded balcony amenities and more. Public spaces also reflect the coastal style, with a revamped atrium lobby featuring a new lobby bar. On-site amenities include an expanded fitness center and updated outdoor pool.
The hotel’s signature restaurant, Doheny Surf, offers cuisine using fresh, local ingredients in a coastal-style atmosphere. Other dining options include the Longboard Rooftop Lounge on the fourth floor, where guests can enjoy ocean views and seafood dishes.
All meeting spaces now feature stylish blue chairs, natural wood tables and refreshed carpets and wallpapers. The hotel offers a total of 8,821 square feet of meeting and event space, including eight meeting rooms. The renovation also introduced a new boardroom with seating for 12 people, high-back chairs and a table with integrated power supply.
Rocky Mountain Hospitality
Dual brand Homewood Suites by Hilton Denver Downtown Convention Center and Hampton Inn & Suites Denver Downtown Convention CenterThe Denver hotel, operated by Noble Investment Group, has completed a multi-million dollar renovation, both of which enhance Denver’s ability to provide exceptional service to business travelers.
These hotels are directly connected to a shared lobby and are just steps away from the Colorado Convention Center. In addition to convention center access, they offer nearly 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space and are located in Denver’s Central Business District. In addition to the convenience of being close to the convention center, the location invites guests to explore the area, with Michelin-starred restaurants and the Arts District nearby.
The Homewood Suites hotel’s 182 king suites are now more spacious and feature new furnishings, contemporary design and fully equipped in-suite kitchens.
The Hampton Inn & Suites has 120 guest rooms, 52 queen rooms and 68 king rooms, equipped with all the amenities the modern traveler needs. It’s also home to 550 Bar & Patio, which has been given a new look and offers signature cocktails and snacks. Guests can also enjoy an upgraded fitness center and indoor pool.
