Hollywood, British Columbia
Rosewood Georgia Reopening after a five-month renovation that includes redesigned accommodations and a new culinary concept that celebrates Vancouver’s vibrant heritage, the historic hotel celebrates its backstory as a refuge for Hollywood’s elite while incorporating top-notch modern features.
The hotel’s exciting food and beverage renovations include the revitalization of the lobby and 1927 Lounge and the opening of a brand new outlet, The Georgia Bar, which features a custom Fazioli piano model F183 Art Box Edition and pays homage to iconic figures who have walked the property’s doors.
The 156 guest rooms and suites have been redesigned by New York-based design firm Lillian Wu Studio. Guest rooms have been reimagined to reflect refined comfort and sophistication, with thoughtful details such as leather-wrapped accessories, plush tufted headboards and hand-blown glass fixtures.
Rosewood Hotels & Resorts’ “A Sense of Place®” philosophy echoes the hotel’s Vancouver location, with a curated selection of artwork from local galleries, including standout pieces such as silver-leaf stained glass that resembles British Columbia’s provincial flower, the Pacific Dogwood.
With over 11,000 square feet of meeting and event space, and new experiential programming such as bookable masterclasses led by the hotel’s talented culinary team, meetings and events at the hotel are sure to be a joy to hold.

Meeting under the San Diego skyline
New event venue eve Opened in the Research and Development District (RaDD) on the downtown San Diego waterfront. Petco Park Events is the San Diego Padres’ special events team and the exclusive event booking and management company for the property.
RaDD encompasses more than 1.7 million square feet, with Eve comprising 7,800 square feet of indoor event space. The main event room can accommodate up to 570 seated guests and up to 1,126 standing guests. Two salon rooms are perfect for private boardrooms or breakout sessions, and the event space also features a front-of-house patio that can accommodate 547 people. At the back end of Eve, a green room space can accommodate additional staging needs. 19-foot ceilings, panoramic views of San Diego Bay, and operable glass walls that open to the patio make any San Diego meeting or event more upscale. Planners will also enjoy modern technology such as an integrated AV system, a large formal LED screen, and motorized soundproof operable walls.
In-house catering, including a full-service warming kitchen, and an arrivals area perfect for a pop-up bar, managed by award-winning beverage catering and mixology company Snake Oil Cocktail, complete the new space’s versatility.

A gem of the Pacific Northwest
InterContinental Bellevue Avenue The first InterContinental hotel in the Pacific Northwest. Located within the Avenue Bellevue Complex, the hotel offers stunning views of downtown Seattle and Lake Washington. The design of this urban oasis hotel is centered on Bellevue’s natural beauty, using neutral tones and an organic aesthetic. Within the hotel, guests can enjoy guest experiences carefully curated by the hotel’s Les Clefs d’Or certified concierge team, from exclusive Woodinville Country wine tours to seaplane excursions.
From entering the hotel’s elegant reception area with its marble reception desk and abstract mural of the Pacific Northwest landscape, to enjoying a cocktail beneath the hand-blown glass chandeliers of the chic CE LA VI Bellevue cocktail lounge, guests will find a touch of style and sophistication throughout the hotel. Each of the 190 guest rooms and 18 suites offers expansive views of the surrounding area, high-quality finishes and a comfortable ambience.
The meeting and event space spans 12,000 square feet over two levels and is connected to the hotel via a sky bridge. The elegant rooms include a 4,250 square foot Grand Ballroom and a 2,275 square foot Junior Ballroom, as well as a conference center with a private single entrance.
