Next, let’s take a look at what kind of powertrains these two popular cars have. The new Maruti Dzire uses the same engine as the latest Swift. This means that the 1.2-liter 3-cylinder Z12E naturally aspirated petrol engine with mild hybrid technology can produce a strong 82 PS and a peak power and torque of 112 Nm. Performing the transmission duties is a 5-speed manual gearbox or an AMT gearbox. The mileage of the manual transmission is 24.79 km/litre and the mileage of the AMT is 25.71 km/litre. Interestingly, the Dzire also comes with a CNG engine that outputs 70 PS and 102 Nm and has a mileage of 33.73 km/kg. Clearly, potential buyers have compelling options.

On the sides we can see stylish alloy wheels, black side pillars and a chrome strip below the window frame. Finally, the rear features a shark fin antenna, LED taillights, a decklid-mounted spoiler and a thick chrome strip connecting the taillights. All in all, the new Dzire does have a completely new look.
Fronx, on the other hand, represents the modern design philosophy of the Indo-Japanese car brand. So we see stylish LED daytime running lights on the edge of the bonnet, with a huge grille in the middle that has a chrome strip with the Suzuki logo. The main headlight cluster is located at the very edge of the bumper. At the lower part, the sporty bumper even features a sturdy skid plate to accentuate its sportiness. The sides have thick wheel arches and matte black cladding, which house stylish alloy wheels and strong bodyside panels. There are black side pillars and faux roof rails. The rear consists of a shark fin antenna, roof spoiler, connected LED taillights and heavy cladding on the lower part of the rear bumper. Both cars have a unique on-road personality.

my opinion
Choosing between these two tempting offers can be a bit tricky. I believe it’s all a matter of preference. If you want a sedan that is comfortable and spacious, has a full five-star safety rating and the latest design and technological features, then opting for the new Maruti Dzire seems logical. It will also save you a lot of money. However, if you want a vehicle with majestic road presence and masculine stance, the Fronx should be on your list. Regardless, you can’t go wrong with either.
