Ninghai International Convention and Exhibition Center is a modern, multi-functional and comprehensive convention and exhibition center integrating exhibitions, exhibitions, commerce, office space, conference training, catering and entertainment, as well as sports and fitness. The project covers an area of ​​78.5 acres, with a total planned construction area of ​​approximately 73,604 square meters. It is divided into two construction phases. The first phase of the project is divided into five floors above ground and one basement, with a construction area of ​​39,480 square meters above ground and 15,898 square meters underground. The second phase of the project is divided into two floors, with a basement. construction area of ​​18,226 square meters. The square area is about 30,000 square meters, and the green area of ​​the square is 8,474 square meters.

The exhibition area of ​​the Convention and Exhibition Center is about 13,494 square meters, of which the first phase project has an exhibition area of ​​about 2,624 square meters and can accommodate 130 standard booths of the first floor exhibition hall; the second phase project has an area of ​​about 5,435 square meters and can accommodate 270 standard booths. The second floor exhibition hall building covers an area of ​​about 5,435 square meters and can accommodate 200 standard booths. There are a total of 600 standard booths. At the same time, temporary booths can be set up in the open space of the square to supplement the exhibition needs.

The conference center covers an area of ​​about 3,500 square meters, of which the multi-functional hall covers an area of ​​about 1,176 square meters and can accommodate 600 to 1,000 people for meetings. There are another 13 to 16 conference rooms. different types, each of which can accommodate 40 to 100 people.
