Nuweb Group expands white label solutions with ePOS product

British software company Nuweb Group is to expand its product range with the launch of an ePOS aimed at on-site sales.

Nuweb Group, known for its white label technology, is taking another step towards expanding its presence in the event management space.

The company started out as a ticketing products company and has added features over the years such as a seating map editor, access control and lead capture.

Now, as Nuweb Group moves further upmarket, it is adding ePOS to its product suite, a move driven by growing customer demand.

“This is a natural step for us,” said Jose San Miguel, managing director of Nuweb Group, explaining that the company’s customer base has shifted toward “large enterprises that are consolidating their entire event operations onto our platform.”

The new ePOS system is designed to be an extension of Nuweb’s existing products and integrate with the rest of the product suite.

“Adding ePOS to our ticketing and access control setup means everything is connected,” explains San Miguel. “Now, every step a guest takes, from purchasing a ticket to final purchase, stays within our ecosystem.”

San Miguel notes that customer feedback indicates they want to move away from siled systems. “Customers don’t want to manage data in one place, tickets in another, and then process payments through another system,” he said.

The need for more integrated solutions is part of a larger industry trend, as enterprises increasingly opt for centralized platforms.

San Miguel echoed this sentiment, explaining: “When ticketing and ePOS are separated, businesses miss out on the full potential of shared functionality between box office, ticketing, bar and merchandising.”

While ePOS is already common in the events industry, particularly festivals, Nuweb Group aims to expand its use into venues, bars, gift shops and other retail environments.

Behind the scenes, the company has been quietly testing the system at selected events to gather real-world feedback.

“The system has been trialled at two music festivals and even school payments to prove its adaptability,” said San Miguel, who revealed that transactions worth £450,000 were processed during the short trial period and received overwhelming success. Sexually positive feedback.

Nuweb Group has built a reputation for responding to customer needs by refining and expanding its platform. “We are focused on improving our solutions. It is important that we adapt to the changing needs of our growing and globally distributed user base,” San Miguel stressed.

In a highly competitive software market, Nuweb Group is positioning itself as more than just a service provider. The company aims to become a core component of customer operations, providing comprehensive solutions that foster loyalty. “We want to be the foundation for our customers’ success, not just an add-on,” San Miguel said.

In a world filled with so many software products, Nuweb wants to be one that not only endures but thrives, becoming an integral part of the people it serves.
