Phoenician Hotel completes meeting space renovation

The second phase of the renovation of the Phoenician’s event space has been completed, with upgrades to its conference and ballroom venues.

Complementing the Phase 1 renovations in 2023, which included the Camelback Ballroom, first-floor breakout rooms and common room spaces, the improvements focus on several key spaces within the hotel The Phoenicia, a Luxury Collection Resortlocated in Scottsdale, Arizona.

The extensive renovation, led by Boston-based Parker-Torres Design, blends modern and indigenous aesthetics into the Phoenicia Grand Ballroom, Estrella Ballroom, upper level breakout rooms and corridors by incorporating color schemes, original materials, patterns and textures inspired by Native American tribes of the Southwestern United States, as well as the region’s flora, fauna, wildlife and topography.

The renovated Phoenicia Grand Ballroom, the hotel’s largest gathering space, now features a more comfortable, more intimate meeting space design and updated technology. Phase 2 completed the renovation of the Grand Ballroom, Estrella Ballroom and other meeting rooms, including updated carpeting and wall coverings, draperies, new chandeliers and advanced lighting systems.

With over 160,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space, Phoenician is perfect for planners looking to book a variety of meetings, business retreats, conferences, reunions and weddings.
