It was built by China Railway Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. with a total construction area of 200,000 m², after examination and approval by the administrative committee of the International Exhibition Industry Association (UFI), China Railway Qingdao is located in the West Coast New District of Qingdao World Expo City and has officially become a UFI certified exhibition venue.
