Rainbow Spring Returns to Miami

The Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau welcomes LGBTQ+ visitors to offer special offers and events by June 30.

As a resident of Miami Beach, I can prove it to be a wonderful and inclusive destination. Now, the Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau (GMCVB) has started its third year Rainbow Springoffering a range of promotional discounts and an LGBTQ+ experience. “Greater Miami and Miami Beach are proud to be a welcome community for LGBTQ+ travelers throughout the year,” said Dan Rios, director of LGBTQ+ tourism marketing at GMCVB. “With Rainbow Spring, we will continue to provide meaningful experiences to ensure our LGBTQ+ visitors will see, celebrate and represent when they visit.”

Popular rainbow spring options available around the destination include live music, karaoke, trivia nights, bingo, martini nights and sports gatherings. For teams to attack in special events:

•Miami Beach Pride, March 27-April 6. Ten days of uninterrupted activities, including a highly anticipated Sunday parade, as well as a rooftop pool party, VIP experience. Events, music festivals and events.

• Miami Film Festival, April 3-13. The festival includes a well-curated program at various venues, which is dedicated to LGBTQ+ cinemas, with nine feature films exploring various themes of identity, community and self-expression. Get a 20% discount on fare with GMCVB.

•Outshine LGBTQ+ Film Festival from April 17 to 24. The 27th annual magazine of this premiere festival features films from emerging and established LGBTQ+ filmmakers. The 8-day movie marathon includes internationally acclaimed films, celebrating opening and closing ceremonies, evening parties and filmmakers’ events.

•Sweetheat, May 13-19. A popular pride celebration created by women for women, celebrates its 17th year at various events in Miami and Miami Beach communities in Miami and Miami Beach, Wynwood and downtown. The lineup ranges from daytime parties to nightlife, including food, drinks, DJs, live music and dance.

•May 31 and June 1, Miami Beach Pride Concert. Pride Moon begins with a fascinating night concert experience, which is held by the Miami Beach Classical Music Festival. Live DJ at night, performances on stage and light projections on Ocean Avenue in Miami Beach.
