Range Rover has launched its exclusive SV Ranthambore Edition in India. Limited to just 12 units, this ultra-luxury SUV is not only a symbol of bespoke craftsmanship but also a tribute to India’s rich wildlife heritage, inspired by the majestic tiger and its natural habitat, the Ranthambore National Park.
Custom creations for India
The Range Rover SV Ranthambore Edition is the first limited edition model customized exclusively for India. Curated by SV Bespoke, the bespoke division of Range Rover, the car showcases a fusion of elegance, power and artistry. The exterior is finished in a bespoke deep black body color with a shimmering red effect that evokes the power and presence of the tiger. The color palette extends to the roof and mirror caps, while Corinthian Bronze and Anthracite accents accentuate the vehicle’s striking design, reminiscent of a tiger’s stripes.
23-inch forged dark gray wheels with Corinthian bronze inlays complement the bold exterior and add to the vehicle’s exclusivity. This attention to detail reflects Range Rover’s commitment to pushing the boundaries of luxury SUVs.
Range Rover SV Renewable energy interior
The interior of the Ranthambore Edition exudes luxury. The cabin is trimmed in Caraway and Perlino semi-aniline leather, enhanced by contrasting stitching and artistic embroidery that mimics the dynamic pattern of tiger stripes. From the noble chrome finish to the white ceramic dial and light linear wenge veneer, every element has been carefully designed to provide a unique high-end experience.
For rear-seat passengers, the SV Signature Suite offers unparalleled comfort. Fully reclining seats, electric club tables, deployable cup holders and a refrigerated compartment with SV etched glassware all contribute to an ultra-luxurious experience. The custom scatter saddle and custom pedals are marked with ‘Ranthambore Edition’ and ‘1 of 12’ designations, enhancing the exclusivity of this collection.
Performance and power
The Range Rover SV Ranthambore Edition is powered by a 3.0-liter petrol engine that produces 394 horsepower and 550 Nm of torque.
Support wildlife protection
In a meaningful gesture, Range Rover will donate a portion of the proceeds from the sale of each Ranthambore Edition to the Wildlife Conservation Trust of India. The funds will be used to support tiger and wildlife conservation efforts, further cementing the vehicle’s connection to Ranthambore National Park and protecting one of India’s most iconic species.
Range Rover SV RE: exclusivity and price
Only 12 units of the Range Rover SV Ranthambore Edition will be produced, ensuring its uniqueness. It is priced at Rs 49.80 lakh (ex-showroom).
