The McLaren W1 is the successor to the legendary McLaren F1 and P1, setting a new benchmark in automotive performance. Likewise, the RM 65-01’s design reflects the W1’s cutting-edge capabilities, pushing the boundaries of design and functionality while celebrating shared values ​​of performance and passion. At the heart of the RM 65-01 is the RMAC4 automatic chronograph movement, which vibrates at a frequency of 5 Hz (36,000 vibrations per hour), allowing the split-seconds chronograph to measure elapsed time with an accuracy of one-tenth of a second.

Its high performance is further enhanced by a rapid-winding system that uses a quartz TPT® button to quickly charge the 60-hour power reserve. Like the dynamic engine of the W1 supercar, this feature ensures that the RM 65-01 is always ready for action. True to its spirit as a driver’s watch, the RM 65-01 features a function selector crown that is reminiscent of a car’s gearbox selector. This innovative crown allows the wearer to easily switch between winding, date adjustment or manual setting modes.
