This Independence Day, Royal Enfield has partnered with CLAW Global, a team of special forces veterans and multidisciplinary experts, to launch the Unlimit programme, which combines adventure motorcycling with military special forces training principles. The programme aims to help participants realise their potential by challenging their perceived limitations.
Royal Enfield’s partnership with CLAW builds on its long-standing relationship with the Indian Armed Forces, emphasizing a shared focus on exploration and personal development. The Himalayan region, which serves as inspiration for many of Royal Enfield’s products, including the new Himalayan 450, will serve as the backdrop for the program. Both organizations are also committed to sustainable development efforts in the region, with the goal of protecting the environment and supporting local communities.
Speaking about the collaboration, Mohit Dhar Jayal, Chief Brand Officer, Royal Enfield said, “At Royal Enfield, we believe in building resilience – not just a resilient machine, but a resilient mind. Taking risks is one of the most effective ways to build mental resilience and no one understands this better than CLAW, a group of experienced ex-Special Forces personnel who are constantly pushing the boundaries of human potential. Just as the Royal Enfield Himalayan is designed to adapt to any situation, the Unlimit programme will empower individuals to adapt and overcome adversities, unlocking their true potential in the process. It is a mission that will transform mind, body and spirit.”
The first phase of the partnership was a seven-day multi-expedition to the Nanda Devi Sanctuary in Uttarakhand. Participants included special forces veterans, specially-abled explorers and civilian enthusiasts who took part in activities such as motorcycle riding as well as rock climbing, white water rafting and trekking. The program also included life skills training in the areas of survival, self-defense, first aid, navigation and search and rescue.
Commenting on the program, Major Vivek Jacob, Founder of CLAW Global said, “This program is a new paradigm in exploring human potential. A unique blend of motorcycling, mindset, skill, spirit and adventure. Designed to remove the assumed limitations of the mind, body, spirit matrix. To awaken. To release the limits.”
Located in the Himalayas, the “Infinity” project marks the beginning of an ongoing collaboration that aims to foster a “survival, stability and growth” mindset in participants. The project invites applications from those interested in participating, with the selection process set to begin in September 2024.
