The Royal Enfield Classic 650 was spotted uncamouflaged in the UK, with design elements borrowed from its smaller sibling (Classic 350) such as fenders, headlights, and taillights. It has a slightly larger (around 15-16 litre capacity) dual-tone (maroon and cream) fuel tank with the Royal Enfield logo in retro font, two peashooter exhaust pipes, spoked wheels with inner tubes, and chrome-plated engine cases. The motorcycle features a tubular steel frame, twin shock absorbers at the rear, and telescopic forks at the front. It appears to use a 320 mm disc brake with a twin-piston floating caliper at the front and a 300 mm disc brake with a similar caliper at the rear, both with ABS, similar to the Super Meteor.
