Sharad Agarwal joins Classic Legends as Chief Business Officer (CBO), bringing with him extensive experience in business development and strategy. In this new role, he will be responsible for the development and expansion of the company’s brands, including Jawa and BSA Motorcycles. Agarwal will focus on strengthening Classic Legends’ position in the premium motorcycle segment and driving key business initiatives. His appointment is a strategic move to help the company succeed, improve operational efficiency and enhance customer engagement.
Sharing his thoughts, Anupam Thareja, co-founder of Classic Legends, said, “We have had an exciting year and we are just getting started. Sharad’s leadership and experience will be instrumental in achieving our goals going forward. We are challengers, constantly innovating and disrupting, which is why we believe he will be a great fit and asset to the company.

Sharad Agarwal was previously Brand Director at Lamborghini India and has extensive experience in growing luxury brands and driving business success. In his new role as Chief Commercial Officer of Classic Legends, Agarwal will report to CEO Ashish Singh Joshi and oversee key areas such as sales, web development and customer service, bringing a more integrated approach to the company’s commercial operations. According to the bike maker, his results-focused leadership is expected to streamline processes, improve customer satisfaction and support the expansion of the brand’s dealer network.
Joshi noted that Agarwal’s expertise aligns with Classic Legends’ vision of pushing industry boundaries through innovation and disruption. His appointment comes at a critical time for the company as it seeks to accelerate growth and increase market participation.
