Shijiazhuang International Convention and Exhibition Center

Shijiazhuang International Convention and Exhibition Center is located south of the south bank of the Hutuo River, north of the Taiping Hebei Road, and east of the planned north-south branch. The total area is about 68.5 hectares, including 160,000 square meters of above-ground construction area and 30,000 square meters of underground construction area. Shijiazhuang International Convention and Exhibition Center consists of a 100,000 square meter exhibition center, a 60,000 square meter conference center and supporting facilities. The Shijiazhuang International Convention and Exhibition Center will last for three years, with a total investment of 2 billion yuan. The funds required for the construction of the project will all be funded by the Shijiazhuang municipal government and are expected to be invested over three years. The construction of Shijiazhuang International Convention and Exhibition Center is regarded as a major event in Shijiazhuang City and an important measure to implement the requirement of “one big step every year and one big change in three years”. It is considered to be of great significance to improving urban functions, enhancing urban image, strengthening urban competitiveness and increasing urban influence.
