Skoda sold a total of 5,583 units in February 2025; Volkswagen’s monthly sales were 3,110 units

Skoda India started deliveries of the newly launched Kylaq in January, and the compact SUV had a significant impact on the numbers in the second month. Virtus continues to be the brand’s best performance, with 1,837 units in the bag, accounting for 13% of year-on-year sales. Similarly, sales of sedan’s moms increased by 2%.

Taigun mid-sized SUV sales last month were 1,271 units, up 1% year-on-year. Similarly, a 18% decline in sales for moms was observed. Volkswagen recorded Tiguan’s unit sales and sold only 2 units in February, with sales falling by 98%.

Virtus is the only model in the brand’s lineup, seeing a positive trend in Yoy’s analysis, while Taigun’s charts plummeted in sales of Yoy and Mom Sales. Virtus has also become the best-selling model in the mid-size sedan field.

Skoda grew 148% year-on-year in February 2025. The company has a unit of 5,583 units and the company has observed a growth rate of 35% (4,133 units on January 2025).
