Sparks, a leading global brand experience agency, has appointed Caroline Sparkes as its international marketing director as it continues to grow globally.
In this newly created role, Caroline will be responsible for building Sparks’ global success that will help shape the next phase of international growth.
Caroline has 20 years of experience in leading growth, marketing and business development strategies in brand experience, digital and product innovation, and will report to Kristy Elisano and Jason Megson of CMO, CMO and SVP International.
Her careers include leadership positions at Ustwo, George P. Johnson, Critist Mass and Momentum, and most recently as a consultant and co-founder of the Suburban Collective. She focuses on driving high-impact marketing programs, repositioning growth agencies, and developing strategies for achieving substantial business results.
