Demand for electric vehicles in Europe may be lower than expected, but Stellantis and Chinese automaker Leapmotor have just launched two new electric vehicles – the T03 hatchback and the C10 SUV.
A few months after Stellantis officially announced the introduction of the Leapmotor to the European market, the company has revealed pricing for its first two electric vehicles. The city dweller will start at 18,900 euros ($21,060), while the SUV will start at 36,400 euros ($40,560). According to the company, the starting prices are for reference only and may vary depending on the market.

The Leapmotor T03 isn’t actually a new model, as it was originally launched in China in 2020. In Europe, the EV will compete with the likes of the Dacia Spring, Citroen e-C3, and Fiat Panda, all of which are expected to have entry-level prices below the psychological barrier of €20,000 ($22,000). Although the Leapmotor T03 originates from China, it will be manufactured at Stellantis’ Tychy plant in Poland.
The 3,620 mm (142.5 in) long T03 is powered by a single electric motor that produces 94 hp (70 kW / 95 PS) and 158 Nm (116.5 lb-ft) of torque. The EU-spec version of the EV is equipped with a 37.3 kWh battery pack, giving it a WLTP range of 265 km (165 mi) on a single charge.
Standard equipment in the single available trim includes an 8-inch digital instrument cluster, a 10.1-inch infotainment touchscreen, a panoramic sunroof, a rearview camera, and plenty of ADAS.

Leapmotor C10
The Leapmotor C10 is a newer model, originally launched in 2023. At 4,740 mm (186.6 in) in length, it has a similar footprint to the Tesla Model Y. Despite being subject to import taxes due to being manufactured in China, the T03 is still considered affordable for its size, specs, and features.
The SUV is powered by an electric motor with 215 hp (160 kW / 218 PS) and 320 Nm (236 lb-ft) of torque. Stellantis claims the 69.9 kWh battery enables a WLTP range of up to 420 km (261 mi) in the mixed cycle.
At launch, Stellantis will offer two different trims, called Style and Design. Equipment includes a digital cockpit consisting of 10.25-inch and 14.6-inch displays, wireless charging, ambient lighting, a panoramic sunroof, sustainable materials for the interior, and up to 17 ADAS that provide Level 2 autonomous driving.
