The Suzuki Swift is one of the world’s most popular hatchbacks and has had a major impact on the global automotive industry. Currently, the fourth-generation model has been launched in many markets, but Thailand still has the third-generation model. Now, Suzuki Motor Thailand has launched a special edition of the Swift with a starting price of THB 567,000 (Rs. 14L).

Suzuki Swift Special Edition

It is called the Suzuki Swift Special Edition and will be showcased at the 2024 Auto Expo in Muang Thong Thani, Impact Challenger. It will be on display here from November 29 to December 10, 2024. The main attraction of the Suzuki Swift Special Edition is its attractive gradient color scheme that looks like a wrap.

The gradient consists of a pink-purple shadow in the front and a blue shadow in the back. It looks nice and attractive, but it’s not to everyone’s taste. On the side, we can see white, red and black stripes, which add a lot of sportiness and personality. Gloss black alloy wheels further enhance the sporty feel.

These alloy wheels look like they are sourced from the aftermarket and have an attractive design. They show off all four disc brakes nicely. Apart from these changes, the Suzuki Swift Special Edition is very similar to the third-generation Swift that is also sold in India. LED projector headlights and LED taillights are the same.

Another highlight of the Suzuki Swift Special Edition is that it comes with special offers that the company calls “this event only”. In this offer, Swift prices start from THB 567,000, which works out to Rs 14 lakh at today’s exchange rate.

Suzuki worry-free plan

This special offer is called the Suzuki Worry-Free Plan. Under this offer, buyers from Thailand can drive home the Swift Special Edition with a down payment of 26.25% and an interest rate of 4.19% for a term of 99 months and monthly installments of 5,780 baht (Rs 14,300).

The Suzuki Worry-Free Plan has other benefits. For example, the company has been offering 7 years of free Suzuki maintenance services, 7 years of free Suzuki warranty services, and 7 years of free roadside assistance services. Depending on the buyer’s profession, further benefits are available.

The Suzuki Swift Special Edition is equipped with a 1.2-liter K12M 4-cylinder naturally aspirated gasoline engine with a peak power of 83 horsepower and a peak torque of 108 Nm, and is matched with a CVT gearbox. The chassis is based on the same Heartect platform as other Suzuki vehicles.
