Miniature artist creates 1/43 scale car dealership
you've heard On YouTube's Collecting Corner, diecast enthusiast Jared Costello discusses the ins and outs of the scale model car hobby. But where else would one want to "park" these scale models, other than on a general display shelf on the wall or in a curio cabinet? This was the thought process that led me to pursue a special project to commission a custom die-cast diorama. David Miniatures makes a living making scale models. He's done it for Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hasbro, and even A-listers. David sometimes gets compliments from actors on TV or movie scenes that he recreates. Back in Action: Kyusha Club 2024 Fall Auto Show
Summer 2024 is coming That's in our rearview mirror, which means Arizona's car culture is waking up for the outdoor season. Recently, new developments have begun at the Kyusha Club, a club beloved by The Wall Street Journal in recent years for its variety of vehicles and laid-back atmosphere. The event is a gathering of European and Japanese cars held near historic Roosevelt Street in downtown Phoenix, Arizona. The centerpiece of the September 28 event was an old car shop, with several specially invited cars parked inside. A surface parking lot to the east accommodated a few dozen more vehicles, and everyone else found street parking within a block or two of the site. One of the joys of the Nine Clubs is standing on the street watching the constant parade of interesting cars. Here are some of my favorite vehicles on display, arranged by model year. 1970 BMW 2002 This car helped establish BMW's reputation as a sporty compact…

Only 30 examples of the Ferrari 550-based Touring Superleggera will be produced. As much as we love seeing classic Porsche 911s restored and modified, the secrets to building a stunning 911 replica have become all too familiar. Luckily, Touring Superleggera decided not to use a 911 for its latest project, and instead took a more interesting path, bringing the legendary Ferrari 550 Maranello into the modern world. var adpushup = window.adpushup = window.adpushup || {que:()}; adpushup.que.push(function() { if (adpushup.config.platform !== "DESKTOP"){ adpushup.triggerAd("4d84e4c9 -9937-4f84-82c0-c94544ee6f2a"); } else{ adpushup.triggerAd("6a782b01-facb-45f3-a88f-ddf1b1f97657"); } }); Unveiled at Monterey Car Week, this stunning creation is called the Veloce 12 and is a complete remake of the 550 S. 1992 Ford Mustang LX 5.0 Convertible
this Daily Selection yes A Wisconsin dealer has listed a 1992 Ford Mustang LX 5.0 Convertible for sale on ClassicCars.com. I can't speak for all of you, but I've found that as I get older, I've become more grateful. I appreciate life, my family and friends, and the natural wonders of the world, like the beautiful and sometimes strange creatures of the animal kingdom. I also now appreciate things more that I didn't when I was younger, like this Mustang convertible. Of course, I was a kid when this car came out as a 1992 model. Back then, I was more into Hot Wheels, Matchbox, and Majorette cars than full-size cars. Even though I grew up in the 1990s, I never really liked anything that was overtly "90s," not even ironically (though I do have a thing for '90s Ralph Lauren looks). But this Mustang? It caught my eye immediately because it was so wonderful and undeniably a product of…
12K Miles 1996 Dodge Viper RT/10
Today's Picks A 1996 Dodge Viper RT/10 listed on ClassicCars.com by a dealer in St. Louis, Missouri. It's hard not to think about the fashion of the '90s. I grew up in the era and remember the popularity of starter jackets and the bright colors of trench coats. Automakers offered teal, yellow, purple and other eye-popping colors, but some also went for a plain white look with white wheels. Ford did just that with the Vibrant White Feature Edition 1993 Mustang. Pontiac celebrated the 25th anniversary of the Trans Am by painting the 1994 Commemorative Edition model in Vibrant White with a Vibrant Blue center stripe, Vibrant White wheels and white Prado leather seats. This 1996 Dodge Viper RT/10 uses a similar Stone White color scheme with blue stripes and white wheels, but there are 10 reasons why it's very different from its contemporaries. Hint: They're under the hood. Only 285 Shelby Cobra-inspired Dodge Viper cars were built for the…
