The Indian sedan market suffered a sharp decline in July 2024, with overall sales falling 22.12% year-on-year. The overall sales of sedans in the month were 25,891 units, compared to 33,244 units in July 2023, a decline of 7,353 units. Despite the decline in sales, some models in the market continued to dominate, while sales of other models fell sharply. However, this was a 13% decline from the 13,395 units sold in the same period last year. It is available in four variants: ZXi, ZXi+, VXi and LXi, with ex-showroom prices ranging from Rs 6.57 lakh to Rs 9.39 lakh.
