Ford to offer new kit to transform F-150 into high-performance street truck Ford unveiled its lineup of trucks and SUVs at the SEMA show, including several Broncos and F-150s. The F-150 FP700S previews an upcoming performance package that will give the pickup 700 horsepower. Ford Broncos and Rangers recalled for loose and missing nuts
Michigan assembly plant workers went a little crazy and didn't secure the upper control arm properly October 22, 2024 17:31 Ford is recalling more than 2,400 Broncos and Rangers because nuts may be missing or not tightened properly. This problem can cause the upper control arm to separate and result in loss of steering. Four crashes have been reported, but the automaker does not yet know if there were any injuries or accidents. Ford is recalling 2,416 Broncos and Rangers because the nut on the ball joint that secures the front upper control arm to the steering knuckle assembly may be missing or improperly torqued. This is a major oversight as it can cause the upper control arms to separate and result in loss of steering.
