On August 15, 2024, British brand BSA Motorcycles will officially debut in India with the Gold Star 650. Originally known as the Birmingham Small Arms Company (BSA), the company was founded in 1861 and initially focused on producing guns. It entered the motorcycle market in 1903 and released its first model in 1910. Since its relaunch two years ago, BSA has expanded its presence to 23 countries in Europe and the UK. With the arrival of BSA Motorcycles in India, Classic Legends, the manufacturer of Yezdi and Jawa motorcycles, will also join the three companies.
